- Learn to say no. If you are working in a company or anything that makes you a team member, there are times when your team mates will ask you a favor. It is alright to help them sometimes, but if helping them will cover much of your time, then it is alright to say no.
- Avoid distractions. For you to be more efficient and productive in your career, you have to take yourself away from distractions. Make sure to pay attention to the important tasks that you have to deal with. Avoid looking at your phone from time to time. Try to keep your phone inside your bag and make it in a silent mode.
Always be dedicated in the career that you have chosen. Monitoring your time can help you determine which tasks waste your time. In this way, you change your habit and use your time to more valuable assets. You may only have 24 hours a day but is more than enough to finish your day-to-day activities.
